Working Pulse Limited was established in 2003 as a result
of a large security company needing an efficient system to manage all aspects of
its workforce which included HR, Scheduling, Invoicing, Pay and Reporting. The
company was not happy with any available system on the market and commissioned
David Baldwin to develop a bespoke system for them. The generic product TimeZone was
derived from this, and now, based on the experience gained from customer
feedback from the sale of Timezone, we have created eZworkforce as the next
generation, utilizing latest systems architecture.
From day one, we decided that customer support and service should be delivered
to the highest possible levels, and that would require a highly skilled and
experienced workforce.

Founder of Working Pulse Limited, David has had a diverse and progressive career in IT and also with a leading office supply company where, as Systems Development Manager, he designed, developed and implemented a highly functional/scalable e-procurement system, which enabled them to gain a significant market edge. The company won many technology awards for its software. The system was used in many blue chip organisations (passing stringent auditing and testing to be standardised on the clients desktop) in the city and nationally. Subsequent development and evolution of this and other systems still provides the company’s edge in the industry today. David has a long track record of creating commercially successful applications which have supported companies with turnovers in excess of £50 million. Amongst these is Virtual Vault which managed a large vault for a cash centre, interfacing with counting machines and also provided management reporting both to the client and their clients in turn, with 100% accuracy, accounting for many millions of pounds in mixed currencies and vouchers.
